Chrome Web Store

Quick checks

Make sure WhatsApp Web is open

Log in at web.whatsapp.com first, then open the extension popup on the same Chrome profile.

Check your contact format

Use one phone number per line or CSV/XLSX columns like phone and name. Include country and area codes when needed.

Review pacing settings

Random delays and batch sleeps are intentional safety controls. You can adjust them from the extension Options page.

Use the send log

Open Options to review sent, failed, duplicate, and skipped numbers after a run.

When sending does not appear to start

After clicking Send, the popup prepares the queue and then switches into live progress. Large contact lists can take a moment to prepare, especially when messages include personalization, attachments, or duplicate checks.

If progress does not appear, keep WhatsApp Web open, avoid refreshing the tab during queue preparation, and check that the extension has access to web.whatsapp.com.

Contact imports

CSV and XLSX files are supported. Legacy XLS files should be saved as CSV or XLSX before import. The importer works best with clear columns such as phone, mobile, number, name, first name, and last name.

Privacy and responsible use

WA Sender stores message settings, queue data, and logs locally in your browser. Send messages only to people who should receive them and respect opt-outs.

Read the privacy policy for details.
