Use one phone number per line or CSV/XLSX columns like phone and name. Include country and area codes when needed.

After clicking Send, the popup prepares the queue and then switches into live progress. Large contact lists can take a moment to prepare, especially when messages include personalization, attachments, or duplicate checks.
If progress does not appear, keep WhatsApp Web open, avoid refreshing the tab during queue preparation, and check that the extension has access to web.whatsapp.com.
CSV and XLSX files are supported. Legacy XLS files should be saved as CSV or XLSX before import. The importer works best with clear columns such as phone, mobile, number, name, first name, and last name.
WA Sender stores message settings, queue data, and logs locally in your browser. Send messages only to people who should receive them and respect opt-outs.
