WA Sender Privacy Policy

This policy explains how WA Sender handles data when you use the Chrome extension with WhatsApp Web.

Information the extension handles

Contacts and message content

Phone numbers, names, message templates, attachments, buttons, and send logs are used only to run the sending workflow you start from the extension.

Local storage

Extension settings, draft message data, queue payloads, and send logs are stored locally in your browser using Chrome extension storage and IndexedDB.

WhatsApp Web access

The extension runs on WhatsApp Web so it can check whether a number exists, create the chat, send the message, and show queue progress.

License checks

If premium licensing is enabled, the license key may be verified with the purchase provider to confirm access. Message and contact lists are not sent for license verification.

How information is used

WA Sender uses the information you provide to import contacts, personalize messages, prepare the send queue, send messages via WhatsApp Web, show progress, and keep a local send log for your review.

We do not sell personal data, use it for creditworthiness or lending decisions, or transfer it for unrelated advertising purposes.

Data sharing

Your message and contact data is not uploaded to WA Sender servers. Messages are sent through WhatsApp Web because that is the core function you request. If you use license validation, the license key may be checked with the payment provider.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

WA Sender's use of information received from Chrome APIs and WhatsApp Web is limited to the extension's single purpose: preparing and sending the messages you request, displaying queue progress, and keeping local settings and logs. WA Sender complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

You can clear logs from the extension options page, remove saved extension settings from Chrome, or uninstall the extension to remove extension-controlled local data from your browser.

Responsible use

WA Sender is intended for legitimate messages to people who should receive them. Respect opt-outs, avoid spam, and follow WhatsApp and Chrome Web Store policies.
